Situated in a quiet residential close above Brixham Harbour, Bay Vista offers a comfortable base for a family or 2 couples to explore the area from. Its a 10 minute walk along pretty pathways into the centre of Brixham with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

The property is situated close to the top of a ridge with views across the outer harbour and Jurassic coast and if walking, is not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Taxis are readily available by the town centre car park

The accommodation briefly comprises: Front garden / driveway for 1 car. Entrance porch opens to ground floor hall way with stairs to upper floor and doors to ground floor kitchen and lounge.
The recently upgraded kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including 4 ring electric hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave & toaster. A full selection of china & glassware as well as cooking pans and utensils are included.
The lounge features 2 x leather 2 seat sofas, wooden dining table with 4 chairs, wooden coffee table, flat screen TV and portable music player with CD & radio. There are full width sliding glass doors leading to the patio.
The patio is paved and has a modern table with 4 chairs and parasol.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, side table with lamp and a sink with mirror over. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, side table with lamp and sea views from window. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and sea views from the window.
The recently upgraded family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, w/c, wash basin with mirrored cupboard over.

Please note that change over day is Friday for peak summer weeks. Flexible start and end dates are available during the rest of the season. This property is open May to end of October. Short breaks of 3 nights or more are available outside of the peak summer weeks.

You card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. No actual money leaves your account. We would only use this authorisation if you caused damage to the property or if an abnormal amount of cleaning was required after your departure. The pre-authorisation is released within 3 days of your departure.
