It's central location at the bottom of King Street means you are just steps away from the harbour and the boats in one direction and from the cafes and shops of Fore Street in the other direction.

Set over 3 floors and a mezzanine, the entrance door from King Street leads to a ground floor lounge / kitchen / diner with french doors behind the kitchen leading to a balcony over looking pedestrianised New Quay Lane. A small cellar off the kitchen is a useful storage area. The lounge features a large fire place complete with flame effect stove and squishy sofa.

Stairs lead to the 1st floor which includes a shower room with w/c and wash basin and a double bedroom.
