Decorated in a bright modern seaside style, Sea Breeze provides spacious and stylish accommodation for 4 people + an infant.

A small patio at the front provides seating with a view of the inner harbour and the terraced rear garden has a BBQ and a raised deck area with spectacular bay views.

Dogs are welcome subject to our pet policy.

Sea Breeze briefly comprises on the upper level a lounge / dining area with beautiful views of the inner harbour, 2 comfortable sofas, TV, log burner, dining table & 4 chairs and a spacious very well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, induction hob & dishwasher. To the rear is a terraced garden with dining table and 4 chairs and a viewing platform with bench seating with magnificent bay views. The lower level has a front bedroom with harbour views and a very comfortable zip n link bed that can be made as a twin or king size. The rear bedroom also has an equally comfortable zip n link bed that again can be made up as a twin or king size. There is also a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c & wash basin. A small utility room features a modern washer / dryer.

The property can be accessed from the road above or below and ample free & safe on street parking is available in the roads above.

PLEASE NOTE - there are approx 100 steep steps to reach this property from King Street below. However, there is rear access from the road above that is approx 35 steps down through the terraced garden. Access to the front door is also available from North View Road and a car can stop close by.

Parking - Torbay council no longer issue physical parking permits. If you wish, you can order a virtual permit on line at a cost of approx. £35 per week. These permits are valid for all of the 32 council pay and display car parks in the wider Torbay area including the 4 in Brixham – very useful if you plan to travel around the area. Full details and a web link will be sent with your arrival information approx. 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

Your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. No actual money leaves your account.

Located on an elevated terrace on North View Road approx 5 minutes walk to the harbour shops and restaurants. There are approx 100 steap steeps to the harbour road below, so this property is not suitable for persons with mobility issues.
