12 The Quay is a large modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated directly on Brixham's pretty inner harbour. Enjoy stunning harbour & sea views from the lounge & dining area windows. Luxury furnishings and fittings throughout complete this very popular Brixham holiday apartment.

Being right on the quayside, you feel very involved with all the activities going on around the harbour. The boats are so close you can almost reach out and touch them.

This historic building has been expertly modernised with neutral décor, lighting, and all new luxury furniture and fittings. Your holiday apartment spans the entire 2nd (top) floor and in addition to the panoramic views, also benefits from dramatic vaulted ceilings to most rooms, making it feel even lighter and more spacious. At almost 1000 sq feet (100 sq metres) this apartment is considerably bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments.

The 2 en-suite bedrooms are at the rear of the property and are double glazed, so even though you are in the centre of the harbour area, you are assured a quiet nights sleep. One has a Kingsize bed and the other a zip n link bed that can be made up as 2 single beds or a super king. Please let us know how you would like it configured when you book.

This property was totally refurbished in March 2016. Improvements include both bedrooms have new beds and furniture and are now en-suite with super lush 5* hotel standard fixtures & fittings. The 2nd bedroom has been enlarged and can be configured as a Super King or 2 single beds. The 'Jack and Jill' family bathroom has a large bath with shower over. All new plumbing including gas fired central heating and a combi boiler. New staircase in hardwood and glass. All new carpets and flooring throughout. Total re-decoration throughout.

Short breaks - starting any day from 2 nights are available most of the year except peak school holidays when the property is available weekly Saturday to Saturday.

Parking - A free dedicated and numbered space on the harbour side opposite the apartment is included - very convenient!

There is also free 1 hour parking immediately outside the front door of the apartment - useful for unloading.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

A Wonderful Break in a Lovely Flat

The flat is clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our break. The view was fascinating; interesting with constant change whatever the weather. We loved having the books in the living room, it was like having a private library. We were warm and comfortable. We did worry about parking but got the weekly ticket from Torbay council which worked well. The stairs were steep for my 88 year old mother but she felt the view was worth the climb. A lovely break.

This apartment is fabulous and all finished to a high spec, with outstanding views across the harbour. The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep (so may not suitable if you struggle with mobility issues) but it's worth the effort! The location is perfect for walking to the town, harbour and beach - all on the doorstep, and parking in the central carpark was easy with an online parking permit from Torbay council.
