A luxury 2 bedroom self-catering holiday apartment in a new, quiet & relaxed development in Brixham. The Cove is a brand new development of 38 luxuriously furnished and decorated waterfront apartments in a quiet elevated position above the beach at Fishcombe Cove.

Tastefully furnished throughout, the open plan kitchen, dining and living space are all set up to take full advantage of the superb location and gloriously private setting overlooking the bay. With two light and elegant bedrooms, the luxury radiates throughout the apartment.

Enjoy wonderful sea and woodland views from your lounge with direct access to a large private terrace for alfresco dining or watching the sun rise over Battery Gardens and glistening Torbay. The Cove development is very family friendly and the heated open air swimming pool is always a hit with the children!

Plover 3 is the largest apartment in the development and is situated on the ground floor with parking right outside the front door making it easily accessible for guests with impaired mobility.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available the majority of the year except for the 5 peak summer holiday weeks. Peak summer weeks are available to book Saturday to Saturday only.

Please note: Due to Coronavirus social distancing measures the pool may be closed during your visit.

Just returned from our 8th trip to Plover 3, we try and go twice a year and it feels like our second home. This time it was wonderful to see the addition of the glass panes on the balcony which meant you have great views of the bay and has made such a difference. Apartment is very clean excellent WiFi and has comfortable beds, parking space right outside, extra efforts have been made to ensure it was covid safe with the addition of individually wrapped coffee tea and sugar etc and extra time taken to clean before arrival. We had terrible weather sadly so we didn’t get out to explore as much as normal and no boat trips this time but we managed a trip to fishcome cove, Paignton and to breakwater beach. Had delicious fish and chips from Simply Fish in brixham. Hope to return next year.

Carol and I for the last 20 years have always had holiday accomodation in hotels or BnB's but this time we made a bold move into self catering rented apartment. We weren't dissappointed infact we are hooked on self catering for the flexibility it has to offer. The apartment was spotless and had everything to make the holiday stress free.The furnishings, furniture, kitchen and bathroom were of a high quality and tastefully decorated. We couldn't have wished for a better apartment so the next self catering accomodation will need to excel to match Plover 3.

Location

The Cove development is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty in an elevated position above Fishcombe Cove. It is a 15 minute walk through Battery Gardens to Brixham Harbour with all of its shops and restaurants. Hourly bus service to Brixham centre also stops just outside the development.
