Front Row is a charmingly decorated cottage in a prime position at the top of King Street, with stunning views over Brixham harbour from every floor. The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen and cloakroom are on the ground floor, with king size bedroom/bathroom suites on each of the upper floors.
Fully refurbished in 2018, the new owners have tastefully furnished and accessorised this charming harbourside cottage. Exposed stone walls, rustic beams and dozens of deft touches make this beautiful cottage a real home from home.
A wood burning stove forms the heart of a spacious lounge dining area that enjoys magnificent coastal views from a large picture window. Comfortable sofas, a dining table for 4, large TV and coffee tables complete the scene. The lounge leads to an open plan traditionally fitted kitchen with serve over breakfast bar with a downstairs cloakroom & W/C and a utility area with a washing machine at the rear.
The 2 bedrooms are romantically fitted and decorated and feature exposed stonework, King size beds, bedside tables, and TV’s should you somehow tire of the views. Ample built-in wardrobe space is included. The next door bathrooms are equipped with large modern shower areas and the top floor bathroom includes a lovely roll top bath as well.
A dedicated numbered parking space on the harbour side below the property is included - very rare for Brixham.
Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year, excluding the 5 peak summer weeks and the last May bank holiday, when bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Children are welcome at Front Row Cottage. Travel cot and high chair are provided. The owners are not able to provide bedding for the travel cot. Unfortunately, no dogs are permitted. Sorry, Rex!
IMPORTANT NOTE - The property next door to Front Row Cottage is currently undergoing refurbishment works that are likely to continue through to early summer 2021. Therefore at times, there may be some noise disturbance during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
