Romantically furnished & accessorised with dozens of deft touches, this large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday cottage with sea views and a wood burning stove makes a great hideaway for a couple or two. Also a great family base for exploring the area. Wi-fi and dedicated parking space on harbour side included.
Front Row is a charmingly decorated cottage in a prime position at the top of King Street, with stunning views over Brixham harbour from every floor. The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen and cloakroom are on the ground floor, with king size bedroom/bathroom suites on each of the upper floors.

Fully refurbished in 2018, the new owners have tastefully furnished and accessorised this charming harbourside cottage. Exposed stone walls, rustic beams and dozens of deft touches make this beautiful cottage a real home from home.

A wood burning stove forms the heart of a spacious lounge dining area that enjoys magnificent coastal views from a large picture window. Comfortable sofas, a dining table for 4, large TV and coffee tables complete the scene. The lounge leads to an open plan traditionally fitted kitchen with serve over breakfast bar with a downstairs cloakroom & W/C and a utility area with a washing machine at the rear.

The 2 bedrooms are romantically fitted and decorated and feature exposed stonework, King size beds, bedside tables, and TV’s should you somehow tire of the views. Ample built-in wardrobe space is included. The next door bathrooms are equipped with large modern shower areas and the top floor bathroom includes a lovely roll top bath as well.

A dedicated numbered parking space on the harbour side below the property is included - very rare for Brixham.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year, excluding the 5 peak summer weeks and the last May bank holiday, when bookings are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Children are welcome at Front Row Cottage. Travel cot and high chair are provided. The owners are not able to provide bedding for the travel cot. Unfortunately, no dogs are permitted. Sorry, Rex!

IMPORTANT NOTE - The property next door to Front Row Cottage is currently undergoing refurbishment works that are likely to continue through to early summer 2021. Therefore at times, there may be some noise disturbance during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We stay in the this lovely road for ease of access into the town and to the harbour. The view is the best. I could never tire of it. Everything you could possibly need is supplied in this lovely house. The downstairs loo takes a little negotiating, but it made for a laugh. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. We did ask for the tv (on the top floor) to be looked at, but we don't know if it was as we didn't hear from anyone to let us know what was happening with it. A G&T on the terrace on the front was lovely in the sunshine of the evening.

Fantastic panoramic views from the front room and both bedrooms. Cottage was clean throughout on arrival. Wi-fi was good everywhere which was a bonus as sometimes this can be a problem. Parking within walking distance. Great place to stay.

Lovely location, probably one of the best for a rental property in the town. Each window gives spectacular harbour and beyond views. This was the second time we stayed here, having to cut our first trip short at the end of last year. So returning and finishing off our to do list in Devon was great. Comfortable beds and other furniture and fully equipped kitchen. 2 mins walk to pubs shops and restaurants. Having a reserved parking spot on the harbour a real bonus as otherwise parking is difficult in the town.

Can’t complain about the accommodation in any way, beautiful views from the windows overlooking the harbour and Carrie kept us informed prior to our arrival. Lots to do around the town and harbour and being close to it all was a bonus, lovely time.

Perched at the top of King Street in a prime location overlooking Brixham harbour. It is just 1 minute to the harbourside and 2 minutes to all the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
