A 2 bedroom top floor self-catering holiday apartment in Brixham with a large balcony and spectacular sea views. The Cove is a brand new collection of luxury apartments on the South Devon coast nestled above Fishcombe Cove in the picturesque fishing town of Brixham.

Plover 2 benefits from its elevated position and is just minutes from the beach. The location is perfect whether you’re looking to laze in the sun, launch a paddle board off the beach or get out and about around South Devon.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces are all set up to take full advantage of the waterfront location. Two light and elegant bedrooms only enhance the luxury radiating throughout the apartment, and a private balcony will allow you to enjoy the splendour of watching the many pleasure craft and working trawlers in this beautifully sheltered bay.

Plover 2 is fitted out to a high standard with bespoke furniture and fittings including a telescope to watch the pleasure craft and trawlers in this beautiful sheltered bay. The full length balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, barbeque, cosy blankets and mood lighting making it an ideal space to take in the views all year round. This property is very family friendly and a travel cot and high chair are present. The heated open air swimming pool is sure to be a hit with the children too! Please note: Due to Coronavirus social distancing measures the pool may be closed during your visit.

Brixham is fast becoming a culinary hub and nowhere is this more evident than alongside the harbour where you can enjoy the many cafés and restaurants serving catches landed just metres away. In the evening, restaurants such as Rockfish & The Old Market House serve up a varied and enjoyable menu.

Take a stroll up to Berry Head, the Napoleonic fort which protected this stretch of land for hundreds of years, or for the young at heart there is the Splashdown water park just 10 minutes’ drive away in Paignton. Either way, fitting everything into one stay may leave you needing to book a return visit.

Plover 2 is furnished and presented to a high standard in a contemporary style and is a fabulous retreat for families or couples wanting a bit of extra space from which to explore this gem of a location.

Please note that the heated open air pool is seasonal and subject to set opening times end of May to mid September.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year except the 5 peak summer holiday weeks.

Nice apartment well furnished. Proximity to the town was good. Views fantastic. Shame the pool was closed due COVID 19. Parking slightly tricky. Need to be good a reversing. On the whole an enjoyable stay.

We decided last minute to stay in this apartment due to my work commitments in Devon for a couple of days. We have stayed at the Cove many times since it opened in 2015 mainly on the front row. The apartment on arrival was spotlessly clean and lovely fixtures making it bright and homely. Housekeeping team deserve a medal for cleanliness. The added bonus of parking near by is a winner for us. If you like walking the south west coast path runs to the rear of apartment. We would definitely stay in plover 2 again in the near future. booking process and customer service made easy by Steve & Carrie and the team at Brixham holidays Nice touch of Milk biscuits and tea and coffee on arrival Thanks again for the use of your lovely apartment

A lovely relaxing break in a wonderfully welcoming apartment. Plover 2 is ideally located with great views of Torbay and is easily accessible by foot if you like walking into Brixham or indeed along the coastal path to Paignton. We were especially pleased to receive a bottle of wine upon our arrival as well as tea, coffee etc. The unit itself is well equipped with very modern facilities and is nice and warm. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and the out of season prices are very good.

Stayed her for long weekend escape and location was ideal for walking access along coastal path to Brixham. As well as easy access to Churston Bay with Fishcombe Bay literally on the doorstep. Cafe there was really lovely. Lovely sea views across the bay. We had a great time. Accommodation very good and would recommend.

Puffin 4 - The Cove, is a first floor, front row apartment on The Cove development. Set in a peaceful location next to the National Trust woodland, it's a 10–15 minute walk through the woods to the picturesque Brixham Harbour with its many shops, cafes, restaurants & attractions. An hourly bus to Brixham Harbour stops right outside the entrance.
