Sea Breeze is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage that has been tastefully refurbished. Decorated in a bright modern seaside style, Sea Breeze provides spacious and stylish accommodation for 4 people + an infant.

A small patio at the front provides seating with a view of the inner harbour and the terraced rear garden has a raised deck area with spectacular bay views.

Dogs are welcome subject to our pet policy.

Sea Breeze briefly comprises on the upper level a lounge / dining area with beautiful views of the inner harbour, 2 comfortable sofas, TV, log burner, dining table & 4 chairs and a spacious very well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, induction hob & dishwasher. To the rear is a terraced garden with dining table and 4 chairs and a viewing platform with bench seating with magnificent bay views. The lower level has a front bedroom with harbour views and a very comfortable zip n link bed that can be made as a twin or king size. The rear bedroom also has an equally comfortable zip and link beds that again can be made up as a twin or king size. There is also a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c & wash basin. A small utility room features a modern washer / dryer.

The property can be accessed from the road above or below and ample free & safe on street parking is available in the roads above.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year except the last May Bank Holiday and the 5 peak summer weeks when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

PLEASE NOTE - there are approx 100 steep steps to reach this property from King Street below. However, there is rear access from the road above that is approx 35 steps down through the terraced garden. Access to the front door is also available from North View Road and a car can stop close by.

Parking - Torbay council no longer issue physical parking permits. If you wish, you can order a virtual permit online at a cost of approx. £35 per week. These permits are valid for all of the 32 council pay and display car parks in the wider Torbay area including the 4 in Brixham – very useful if you plan to travel around the area. Full details and a web link will be sent with your arrival information approx. 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.

Sea Breeze provided a very comfortable base for our stay in Brixham. We were 2 couples visiting friends nearby, and the entire stay was faultless. From the easy and friendly reservation phone call to leaving the property, it went very smoothly. We unloaded the car at the top of the property and easily found parking just one street away. Inside, the house is lovely, fully equipped with top quality furniture and fittings, very clean and comfortable. Outside, there is a selection of sunny sitting areas. The view from the lounge is amazing. We walked everywhere the throughout the weekend - up to Berry Head, and down into town (eating at the Wine Loft and Beamers), and picking up supplies from the high street and the fish market. I appreciated the communication from Brixham Holidays - both by phone and email - it was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely, memorable stay.

A lovely weeks holiday in a great location and well sailed holiday home. The views are stunning, and the house has everything you need. The steps are challenging, but we were clearly advised when booking. Take the slope down St. Peter's Hill, and the 16 or 17 bus back up (then you walk DOWN to the back gate. We would return again.

Beautiful home. We felt so comfortable there. Excellent nights sleep every night in the so comfortable bed. Amazing views from the outside balcony and lounge. Everything you could need seemed to be provided for. Just be aware there are many steps (as there are in most of Brixham) so it may not be suitable for those who find difficulty with walking. We felt the steps walked off the fantastic food we enjoyed each night of our stay in the this super, very friendly little port town. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely home from home.

Located on an elevated terrace on North View Road approx 5 minutes walk to the harbour shops and restaurants. There are approx 100 steep steps to the harbour road below, so this property is not suitable for persons with mobility issues.
