The entire apartment has been completely re-decorated and fitted with a brand new kitchen, as well as top quality furniture, beds and carpets. The lounge benefits from both a double and a single full height French windows with Juliet balconies so you can make the most of the sparkling sea & harbour views. There is also a small decked balcony with bistro table and chairs accessible through double French windows off the kitchen.
The lounge features a large smart TV, contemporary sofas and furnishings together with a glass dining table & 4 chairs. All of the table lamps throughout the property were hand-made by the owner from locally found re-claimed wood.
The stylish crisp white kitchen includes a built in washing machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and microwave. It also has a gas hob with hood over.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite shower room, the twin bedroom has 2 single beds and opposite that is a family bathroom with full size tub with shower over.
17 Moorings Reach has full gas central heating – perfect for those cosy winter breaks. It also has free high speed wi-fi. There is a dedicated parking space to the rear and the property also benefits from an internal lift.

Short breaks from 2 nights starting on any day are available most of the year. We pre-authorise your card for a £100 damage deposit a few days before your stay. This is released within 7 days of departure.
