The entire apartment has been completely re-decorated and fitted with a brand new kitchen, as well as top quality furniture, beds and carpets. The lounge benefits from both a double and a single full height French windows with Juliet balconies so you can make the most of the sparkling sea & harbour views. There is also a small decked balcony with bistro table and chairs accessible through double French windows off the kitchen.

The lounge features a large smart TV, contemporary sofas and furnishings together with a glass dining table & 4 chairs. All of the table lamps throughout the property were hand-made by the owner from locally found re-claimed wood.

The stylish crisp white kitchen includes a built in washing machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and microwave. It also has a gas hob with hood over.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed and en-suite shower room, the twin bedroom has 2 single beds and opposite that is a family bathroom with full size tub with shower over.

17 Moorings Reach has full gas central heating – perfect for those cosy winter breaks. It also has free high speed wi-fi. There is a dedicated parking space to the rear and the property also benefits from an internal lift.

IMPORTANT: This property is unable to accept children under the age of 12.

Short breaks from 2 nights starting on any day are available most of the year. We pre-authorise your card for a £100 damage deposit a few days before your stay. This is released within 7 days of departure.

Kitchen is equipped with a full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. 2 double glass doors open on to a decked balcony with bistro table and chairs.

Hallway leads to both bedrooms.

The carpeted Master en-suite bedroom has a high quality king size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, alarm clock, sliding glass door built in wardrobes.

The fully tiled ensuite bathroom has glass enclosed show unit, w/c and wash basin with glass door cabinet above. Heated towel rail.

The carpeted twin bedroom features 2 x quality single beds, bedside table with lamp and sliding glass door built in wardrobe.

17 moorings reach is a fabulous property in the heart of Brixham. A literal stones throw from the water you can sit all day (and night) and watch the boats as the go about their business, whilst soaking up the sea air and spectacular seascape. The property is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a welcome surprise. As you leave you can turn right towards Berry hill or left into town, both are super close. Of course the main benefit is Brixham itself, incredible seafood, rich history and plenty to do. We recommend Shaols, breakwater cafe, the guardhouse, rockfish, and quay 57. Special mention to the little cafe on the cove around the corner from rockfish, incredible crab sarnie. Recommend this place 100%

We really enjoyed our stay a moorings reach. The view was amazing . The accommodation was first class except for the showers needing attention. The only negative was the parking space against a wall which was not easy. Would love to stay again.

Super property ,well equipped and well kept but ,shower in on suite unusable as stated in previous reviews . parking spot very difficult to use if others are parked .Overall a nice apartment

Only reason I put 4 stars for conditions was due to the shower head in the en-suite. Hardly any of the holes letting water out and this was in reviews I read previously. Didn’t put me off the stay and will definitely go back again and hopefully shower head fixed and will give it 5 stars.

Situated near the top of King Street overlooking Brixham Harbour. It’s a 4 minute walk to the centre of Brixham with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. This property has a lift and dedicated on-site parking space.
