Brixham centre is a few minutes’ leisurely walk along the water’s edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction.

The Prince William pub and the Breakwater Bistro both offer good food and drinks with sea views and are just a couple of minutes walk away.

16 Moorings Reach is truly a wonderful property to stay in, with it being a town house you need to be pretty fit to walk up all the stairs but it's self contained with private, secure parking and has everything you could wish for. The property is well located, a great base to explore South Devon and within a 5 minute walk of the town. It has great views looking across the bay and is decorated to a particularly high standard. Spotlessly clean, bright, airy, spacious and with kitchen being well equipped, we were able to cook a dinner on a couple of nights knowing we could use the utensils, trays and pans without having to worry if they were clean or not. The bathroom towels are of a good quality, they certainly were well used by us and remained soft, absorbant and fluffy throughout the week. We didn't want to leave and when we next visit Brixham we will definitely opt for 16 Moorings Reach as our first choice.

Everything was explained before arriving. On arrival there was a lovely gesture tea coffee milk and lovely chocolate biscuits. There was everything we needed. The apartment was clean the only downside was the bathroom cabinet over the bathroom sink is big and we kept catching our heads. Other than that we spent a lovely week in Brixham

Moorings Reach is a peaceful gated development on Brixham Marina. It's a few minutes stroll along the waterfront to reach the pretty inner harbour area with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
