Situated near the top of King Street, in the heart of Brixham, this restored 18th century fisherman’s cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and enjoys the spectacular harbour and sea views from all three floors. Sea Nook is the quintessential Devon harbourside holiday cottage.

There is a small outside front patio to enjoy the views and an outside rear courtyard that can be accessed from the 1st floor of the property with a bistro table and 4 chairs.

The many restaurants, shops, cafes and bars nestled around Brixham’s picturesque inner harbour are just a 2 minute walk away.

Short breaks of 2 nights or more are available most of the year except the last May Bank Holiday and the 5 peak summer weeks when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

The Sea Nook has the best location we’ve ever stayed in. Aside from not being able to park outside, it’s fantastic. You can however pull up your car to unload, so we didn’t find this a problem. The cottage is lovely, but be aware of the steep stairs. We had two toddlers, but thankfully there is already a stair gate in place. We didn’t use the rear yard, as we sat out on the bench at the front taking in the incredible views. We will definitely recommend.

This was our second stay and booked a 3rd as soon as we got home . Absolutely spotless throughout - very well equipped kitchen - amazing view , plenty of room for everyone and great to have a big table for everyone to sit round . Excellent location just a couple of mins from the pubs restaurants shops and harbour .

If you are looking for a great break in a traditional cottage yet with all the modern day facilities then you need look no further. The location is perfect with stunning views over the harbour. It is a 2 minute walk to all facilities. The booking process was simple and easy, the value very good and the cottage was all you would expect from a traditional place.

Had an amazing time,a lovely cottage in a great location.We so hope to return next year....that pretty well tells you all you need to know.One note of caution,the staircase is not the easiest.That said I would return in a heartbeat.

This is a nice cottage in an excellent location overlooking the harbour. It's well equipped, clean and tidy and the guaranteed parking is a definitely benefit as parking in Brixham is difficult. The decor seemed a little dated to us although this is obviously a matter of personal taste. The only downside is that the stairs, like those in many similar properties, might not be suitable for people with limited mobility as they are steep, narrow and turn round corners. Apart from that one caveat, we'd recommend this property.
